LR3 Event Invitation

Challenge: Create event collateral for launch of LR3.

Solution: For the launch event at Le Chateau Montebello in Quebec, the Sutter Group created an oversized, accordian fold announcement. On one side was a large photo of the LR3 set lakeside against the Laurentian Mountains, which TSG manipulated from three different photographs. The other side held all of the pertinent information, such as training dates available for attendees, what to wear, sights to see, etc.

The brochure was then wrapped in a bellyband with a live piece of hemlock pine inserted. When the recipients opened their silver enveloped announcement, they were rewarded with the scent of the forest that surrounded the Chateau. TSG also handled all of the printing, fulfillment and mailshop for this event.
